At that point, I’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link to complete enrollment.” Data Use: “I consent to TFi Baseball collecting and storing my (or my child’s) personal information for the purposes of training, communication, and program management.” Medical & Liability Waiver: “I understand that baseball training and athletic development involve physical activity and assume all risks associated with participation. I release TFi Baseball, its coaches, and affiliates from liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur.” Media Release (optional): “I grant TFi Baseball permission to use photos and videos of me (or my child) taken during training or events for coaching, marketing, and promotional purposes.”
